Excellent!
These are sweet, tasty and tender and take salads to another level. I keep in a freezer bag after exuding all the air and they last for a week. Really lovely...

raw or cooked
Eat some as part of a salad, and ended up throwing the last of the bag in a stir fry, both worked well. Stayed fresh for a week

Love these
Really good pea shoots are a weekly buy at the moment add great flavour to a salad or on top of a risotto/ pasta dish etc very versatile. Love them
