Perfect for cheesey potatoes
I grate this into my slow cooker dauphinoise potatoes. So easy to make and this cheese takes it to a luxurious level. The perfect accompaniment to a roast dinner, pan fried duck or a mid week steak supper.
Macaroni Cheese!
I started using this in the sauce for our macaroni cheese as we were low on other cheese. It was such a hit that I now always use this in macaroni cheese or when making a cheese sauce. The kids love it too.
very nice cheese
I bought this as a recipe suggested this as the best cheese to use. It's really nice cheese with a delicious flavour. I wont be buying it too often due to the price but definitely will buy again for a treat.
Tasty and lactose free
Great tasting cheese, lactose-free, too (this is one of the handful of cheeses my highly lactose-intolerant husband can enjoy), but I can buy it for nearly 1/2 the price from Aldi.
Sweaty cheese can't be gruyère
I was shocked to find the cheese damp when I opened the perfectly sealed pack. Melting this into fondue gave more evidence that it was very watery. Will not but again.
