Very good French Mustard
I was sent this for free by BzzAgent. I had never had this product before and was not sure if I would like it, as I always thought mustard was too strong. I found this was very nice and not at all like strong English mustard. It gives a nice, warm taste to meat cuts and is good in sandwiches - it really livens them up. The jar looks good on the table, too.

Add A Zing To Your Meals
I was given my jar of Maille's Original Dijon mustard to trial by BzzAgent and I am hooked! I have used it in sauces, quiches, stews and mixed with mayonnaise on sandwiches. In all cases it adds that extra zing without overpowering the main flavours of the meal.

Deliciously Creamy
I was asked to review this mustard as a Buzzagent. After trying the Dijon I can confirm that is certainly the King of mustards. It is deliciously creamy with a hint of naughtyness. Most Dijons I have tried have been tasteless but this is full of flavour with a hint of fire. I have used this in many recipes and it enhances every meal I have tried it in.

Lovely with slow cooked beef
I was given this mustard to try through bzzagent and decided to try smearing it over a beef roasting joint and cooking overnight in the slow cooker. It was absolutely delicious and made the nicest gravy I think Ive ever had. The mustard was not overpowering in the least and is something I will definitely be trying again.

Delicious
So smooth and creamy. The flavour is more subtle than English mustard. Fantastic added to mayo and then mixed in with chopped boiled eggs. Also great added to potato salad.
