very tart

this hollandaise has so much vinegar in it that it overpowers the taste of the rest of your dish. And this comes from someone who like their food piquant. will not be buying this again,

Mustard Hit!!

Wow loved the smell, had a nice vinegar taste but then bang, got a huge overload of Dijon and couldn't taste anything else on my plate.

Excellent

This is easily the best of its kind and is the one that people will never guess is not homemade. Warm in the microwave for a few seconds and use in Eggs Benedict half a toasted English muffin grilled back bacon topped with a poached egg and napped in Hollandaise great eating!

Too Salty

Tried it on Eggs Benedict. The sauce has a lovely texture but was far too salty for me and my husband and I like salty! Such a pity.
