Disappointing flavour
If you are hoping this tastes of pears you will be disappointed. A firm textured preserve, quite sweet but no delicious pear flavour. Didn't eat and won't buy again.

Lovely
Very firm texture but lovely flavour. Worked brilliantly in a pear bread & butter pudding and provided lots of extra flavour. Staple product in our household now.
