Tasteless
I prefer McCains triple cooked chips, these are huge but tasteless.
New Favourite
We have bought these are few times now and they taste great. We air fry these and they turn out nice and crispy on the outside and and soft on the inside. One star taken off as the size of the chips vary a lot.
excellent
Chunky, crunchy and golden - perfect chips - just as good as from the chippy.
Not recommended
Chips all stuck to the oven tin, total waste of money
Nice and chunky
Loved these chips. They are nice and chunky and similar to what you’d get in a pub.
Not as flavoursome as other McCain chips
These chunky chips are huge, and I guess McCain has had to switch to a different variety of spud to be able to end up with larger tubers to cut them from. The trouble is they're lacking some of the flavour of the smaller frozen chips sold by McCain. Still, they cook well in an air fryer, but they need lots of salt once on your plate.
