Prepare & Use
Cooking instructions for 500g of McCain Wedges. For smaller quantities reduce the cooking time accordingly. For best results cook from frozen. Do not overcook!
Oven:
Preheat the oven to 220°C/425°F/Gas Mark 7
Fan-assisted ovens:
210°C/425°F
Spread your wedges out evenly in a single layer on a baking tray and pop into the top of the oven. Bake for 18 minutes, turning them every now and again until they're lovely, crisp and golden
Grill: from frozen
Remove the rack from the grill pan. Preheat your grill for five minutes at a medium high heat. Spread the wedges out onto the pan in a single layer. Grill for 12-14 minutes turning them every now and again until they're lovely, crisp and golden.

Quite Delicious!
I do like my potato wedges and these are one of my favourites. Spicy enough to please the palate who prefers spice like me but not overly-so, so my kids eat it.

These are great, taste lovely and we have them with dishes like chilli, curry etc half and half with rice, always a winner in our house.
