Cooking Instructions - General
Because ovens vary these are guidelines only. Ensure product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat once cooled.
Oven cook - From Chilled
Remove from the packaging and place in a preheated oven at 200°C for 8 minutes.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled
Remove from the packaging and fry in a little oil over a moderate heat for 5 minutes, turning frequently.
Microwave - From Chilled
Remove from the packaging and place on a microwavable plate. Cover with an upturned microwavable plate and microwave at 600 watts for 1 minute.

Good Swedish Style meatballs
I buy these instead of the Swedish ones as they are way nicer, and they should be pork. Delicious served with boiled potatoes, gravy and lingonberry sauce. Mmmmm. Ps slow fry for 20 mins to get them a little crispy on the outside.

Strange contents
Used to eat these weekly but got put off a year ago when found something rather nasty in it and switched to beef meatballs, which dont tatse quite as nice as pork. Tried these pork ones again recently and again was reminded why I had gone off them - uncertain dodgy contents! Will be sticking to the Waitrose beef ones permanently now.
