Pretty good for just nuts

I usually buy Whole Earth Crunchy, but I'm now trying to buy products which have only the essential ingredients in them. This is pretty good given it's just peanuts, and were it more crunchy ie were the 'bits' larger - it might have been a permanent alternative to WE. No, it's not as tasty - but more texture would have made this less noticeable. As it is, I'm unsure whether my tastebuds or brain will win out, when it comes to reordering peanut butter. The four stars are because this manages to be really pretty good without added ingredients. If you're were to come to this from some of the more processed peanut butters, I think you'd find it a shock.

My new favourite peanut butter

Aside from the fact that this is free from palm oil, salt and sugar, this is the most delicious peanut butter that I've ever eaten. Full marks!

Delicious

The best make I've found. Years ago, my neighbour said she'd stopped eating peanut better, because it didn't taste right any more. That'll be the palm oil, I said, and I got her a jar of Meridian peanut better. It was a revelation. Yes, she said, that's my childhood! It was, and still is, the best on the market.

Great tasting & no palm oil

Brilliant that Ocado's stocking this! Agree with other comments re no palm oil. Great to find Ocado stocks Meridian stuff now.
