POOR QUALITY
Mine broke within months as well, seems I'm not the only one. The product is poorly made.

would also like a refund
as with the previous reviewer, initially thought this grater was very good but after a few months the plastic frame holding the metal bit in place has snapped

Want a refund
Bought this grater 4-5 months ago, initially impressed although very very sharp. The grater itself has now come away from the plastic sides and the sides have cracked. I want my money back and will return to the old school design that previously lasted me 5 years. Rubbish
Supplier Response- We are sorry that you were unhappy with this product. One of the main features of this grater is the razor sharp technology that makes this product so different from traditional box graters. May I suggest that this product is only hand washed, as extreme heat settings on a dishwasher can put pressure on the plastic, which in turn can cause cracking.

Great little grater
This grater is brilliant - dishwasher safe, contained so grating isn't a messy ordeal, ergonmic handle which is comfortable to use. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
