We tumble our freshly popped butterfly popcorn (not the hybrid stuff) with our unique flavours and seasonings in a massive saucepan. An elephantine magimix rotating at a snails pace.
Sea salt provides the best texture and flavour to smother these butterflies of farm fresh popcorn.
When you're feeling peckish, snack on popcorn rather than stodgy cake and crisps; it works for me.
