To defrost: For best results remove from packaging immediately after taking out of the freezer. Place on a serving plate and leave to defrost at room temperature for 30 minutes. Defrost fully before use.

When they say mini.. they mean mini
I bought these for a party buffet.... thinking they would be more than a bite..okay they are 2 bites but they were not popular amongst any of my guests... in looks or taste Bit of a waste of time in my opinion.

Great as part of a dessert
I use these little sandwiches as part of a dinner party dessert. Add a coffee cup of coffee ice cream with a swirl of cream on top, some chocolate spoons and a couple of mini cakes or french macaroons etc, and it makes a fun high tea pudding.
