Prepare & Use
Oven Cook
Electric (180ºC): 30 mins
Fan (150ºC): 30 mins
Gas (gas mark 4): 30 mins
Oven cook from frozen. Preheat oven.
Remove sleeve. Pierce film in several places. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Remove from oven on baking tray, stand for 2 minutes before serving.
Microwave
B/650W: 6½ mins
D/750W: 6 mins
E/850W: 5½ mins
For best results microwave. Microwave from frozen.
Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook.
Remove sleeve. Pierce film in several places. Place on a microwaveable plate. Stand for 2 minutes, after heating in microwave. Check food is piping hot - if not reheat for further brief period.

Good for a late supper
A nice little supper with a good piece of fish, plenty of tasty sauce and nice mash. Quick and easy for a late supper, or add your own vegetables for something more substantial.

Tasty little fish meal
I bought this as wanted to try a range of convenient low fat meals to which I could add an array of vegetables. This is the best of this range. I will certainly be purchasing this again. For a small meal there was a surprising amount of fish with a tasty cheese sauce and decent creamy mash.

Not very nice!
I bought this for a quick and easy meal for my daughter and was really disappointed with the quality. The actual cod part wasn't terrible but it was not good either. The mash was inedible, gloopy and bland. Will not be buying this again!
