What is Bircher Muesli all about?
Invented by Dr Max Bircher in the late 19th C for patients in his hospital where a diet rich in fruit and vegetables was an essential part of therapy. It was inspired by a similar dish he and his wife had been served in the Swiss Alps.
Tom's Story
Tom decided he'd had enough of eating greasy croissants and fatty muffins for breakfast, so he set out to create what everyone was looking for - a delicious, healthy breakfast that actually fills you up till lunch. In 2006 he started selling breakfasts from a stall, made from a filing cabinet, at a pitch at Waterloo Station. MOMA has now grown and we supply our breakfasts to airlines, coffee shops, supermarkets and caterers. We're on a simple mission - to bring you the best breakfast we can, every day.
