best Oatbran
Getting harder to find this bran. Have always bought in bulk with a subscribe/safe deal but no longer offered from that source so very happy ocado stock it!
Ocado please stock organic oatbran
This is a good product but it is not organic so is likely made from oats treated with the weedkilling chemical glyphosate, identified as a probable carcinogen by the WHO. Ocado, please can you source some organic oatbran? You have Mornflakes organic oats but no oatbran!
Really Nice!
I've trained myself to like porridge, but decided to give this a go due to the great reviews, have to say it's really nice and even healthier and more nutritious than porridge oats. It does seem to absorb way more liquid than porridge so you use less, winner!
We love this
Such a tasty healthy breakfast. Really nice alternative to porridge
easy
Three desert spoons of oat bran in a dish, mix in milk and stir carefully until the dish is 3/4 full and the oat bran wetted by the milk. Microwave for 80 secs on 600W and watch carefully to ensure it doesnt boil over (after a few weeks of practise youll get the amounts exactly right). Remove, stir, add a bit more milk and return to microwave for a further 20-30 secs. Final stir, a bit more milk to loosen if too stiff. Finish & eat. Easy. 3 minutes from start to finish. Ive done this for breakfast for decades. Wonderful stuff and very good for you. Dont know what Id do without this product!
Mornflake know their oats.
Top quality oatbran, so much better nutritionally than rolled (porridge) oats. I use it as the base for my home made muesli and prefer it to any other brand.
