Pink and yellow layers of moist sponge with vanilla flavoured filling, topped with decorated icing.

There's no secret to why my slices are so moreish, just years of practice. I stick to classic recipes which is why one is so often not enough. That's why I had the simple idea to wrap them in twos so you can enjoy them wherever you are.
Families are always attracted to my Angel Slices. I think it's the enchanting layers of moist sponge that catch their eye. I'm sure you'll agree they are exceedingly good cakes.

Fab for lunchbox treats

These are just the right size for an occasional lunchbox treat. They're individually wrapped which is helpful too.

My kids love these

You get two small cakes in a plastic tray covered with cling film so they are ideal for the teenager lunch box several sets of these two cakes, I like the fact they are wrapped seperate inside. Kids love them, too sweet for my taste.
