Prepare & Use
Cooking instructions
For best results cook from frozen.
In the oven
Spread frozen latkes in a single layer on a baking tray. Place in preheated oven 230ºC/450ºF, Gas Mark 8, for 15-20 minutes. Turn after 10 minutes.
Deep frying
Place in hot vegetable oil 190ºC/375ºF and fry for 2½ minutes. Drain on kitchen paper before serving.
Shallow frying
Pan fry in small amount of hot vegetable oil over a moderate heat until golden brown. Turn occasionally.
