Storage
Keep refrigerated below 4ºC.
Freeze for up to 3 months. Once defrosted, please do not refreeze.
Once cooked, please don't reheat.
Prepare & Use
Oven Cook
Oven cook 180ºC or gas mark 5 from chilled/defrosted for 20 mins, turning once.
Fry or Grill
Fry or grill from chilled/defrosted to your preferred texture. We recommend 4/5 mins either side on a strong heat.
BBQ
BBQ from chilled for 5 mins either side. Make sure the BBQ is very hot and don't turn before 4/5 mins (treat it like a steak). Or BBQ thoroughly from frozen for 8/9 mins either side.
General Advice
Push down on the top to see if raw juice still comes out the sides and leave for a bit longer if it does so it cooks in the midle

Disappointing, oily & odd flavour
Bought these as one of the few gluten free burgers on the market. They took a very long time to cook through under the grill (more than double suggested time) and leaked an awful lot of oil which filled the kitchen with smoke and resulted in an incredibly dry burger. The flavour was quite strange and almost metallic- I assume from the tomato purée in the ingredients which over powered any meaty flavour.

The best compromise between taste and health
Really tasty and juicy and yet not too fatty. Excellent flavour and texture. Will buy again and again.

Simply the best
I love these burgers from Muddy Boots. They are absolutely delicious and I won't buy anything else now. Interested to read that some think they are small or prone to crumbling. They seem standard quarter pounder size to me. You simply need to compress and shape them with your hands or, if you require the perfect traditonal round patty shape, use a chefs ring and press down. Simple!

Yummy!
These burgers are delicious, especially in a bun with cheese and bacon. Good texture and lovely taste. Don't let strange shape and size put you off- these are great! Highly recommended,

Not sure what to say other than the fact that these are absolutely disgusting. That bad that I could not eat it. Avoid.
