Excellent for emergency sustenance
We keep these on hand, on holiday and in the glovebox of the car, for times when we realise we aren't going to be able to eat before we run out of energy. They're not healthy, despite what the other reviewers say - it's never healthy to eat such a concentrated hit of sugar - fructose or any other kind - and particularly without the balancing effect of the dietary fibre you would get in a serving of fresh fruit. But in a pinch they keep you going for a little longer until you can eat a proper balanced meal. Don't make a habit of this type of thing.

A Healthy, Tasty Treat
I've been looking for a healthy and tasty snack for a long time and these were recommended by my trainer. These really are delicious and actually good for you!

Delicious
These are very nice, low calorie compared to other bars and full of natural stuff. Plus they are gluten free, which is a bonus.

Great snack
This is the best flavour that Nakd do - have tried most of them. I try to keep one in my desk drawer as my emergency snack, but it never seems to last long!
