Gorgeous for Roasting
The ones we had were just the right size for the two of us .. Roasted in the oven for 30 mins - spread on crusty bread - - delicious ..

This is Elephant Garlic
Fab stuff, Elephant Garlic, and not that easy to find in retail. Actually, a leek but it looks just like huge garlic bulbs. Has a gentle, sweet flavour that I'd say is more like wild garlic. Gorgeous & one on my regular shopping list, now I have a reliable source

delicious flavour, but now halved in size!
been buying these a few months, they were big plump bulbs initially which helped considering the luxury price tag, but they have got smaller and smaller... very disappointed buying 2 packs for the first time that I've been allocated 4 of the smallest bulbs ever, half the size they were... so they are now twice the price! Someone tell me if they grow in size again.
