This wonderful small green pepper is common in Southern Italy. Despite appearences, it is not spicy, but full of flavour with a touch of sweetness. "Friggitelli" means "for frying" and they are particularly delicious fried until soft and then sprinkled with sea salt.

love it!
It is biger than Padron Peeper from Spain.Just fry wtih tiny oil and add Mardon salt.Good with beers!

Fair
Good quality pepper, I used it in a stiry fry. Main drawback for me anyway is total lack of flavour.

disappointed
Despite claims that these peppers are full of flavour mine definitely weren't. Quite bland. Also their flesh is very thin. I panfried them and added some chopped garlic and seasoning. Will not be ordering them again.
