Prepare & Use
Wash before use.
To roast, cut into chunks, drizzle with oil and cook for 35 minutes, or grill for 15 minutes. For the speedy cook, stir fry strips of pepper for 4-5 minutes. To avoid the seeds, use a sharp knife to cut the pepper as if peeling an orange. Follow the natural lines of the pepper to separate into thick slices

Pepper was entirely green, not even starting to go red, therefore not sweet and ripe as photos indicate. Very disappointing given the price.

Delicious, but expensive!
These Italian peppers remind one just how bland and tasteless the usual Dutch variety is.So sweet, they caramelise in the oven after a very short time. But OMG the price!

Deliciously sweet
Incredible flavour that was sweet and juicy. Skin was soft and plump. Made a aubergine and pepper parmigiano using other natora ingredients and tasted sublime.

Crisp and juicy
These are delicious, very fleshy, sweet and tasty, and very good roasted. Perfect in salad for an extra bit of crunch too !
