"The incredible Camone tomato is exclusively grown in Sardegna where the naturally salty soil imparts a wonderful flavour. Unlike most tomatoes, these thrive in the colder months when the sun is still plentiful but less harsh.

With its tinges of green flesh, the Camone is a very good looking tomato. It might appear to be unripe but herein lies the key to its beautiful flavour and texture. With it's thick skin which is crunchy, crisp and with a lovely saltiness, it is simply brilliant dressed with quality olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt and oregano. "

SO GOOD

These tomatoes are the best , fresh and crunchy . I eat them like fruit more expensive but worth every penny .

Unusual, tasty tomatoes

Nice and firm. Green striped at first and both sharp and sweet at the same time. They have the tough skins of traditional outdoor home grown tomatoes. They keep good in a cool cupboard for ages and gradually turn red all over.

packed with flavour

These looked a bit disappointing when they arrived but oh my gosh - after a few days stored at room temp, bursting with flavour and still nice and firm - will buy again

Divine

Extremely tasty, with the sharp flavour of green tomatoes contrasting very nicely with the sweetness of the flesh. These are so good that it's hard to stop eating them on their own, like fruit.

Sweet and crunchy but overpriced

I was imagining these might be like the tomatoes I get in Spain when I'm there.. soft and juicy. These are better than your generic english plastic tomato but they are not amazing. Nice sweet flavour but a little too crunchy and way overpriced.
