- The rest of the year, it's the chalk white Garcua.

Quality is not consistent
The quality of this garlic is very hit and miss. Mainly miss atm - too often the cloves have gone mouldy and are a waste.
Poor shelf life
Great big size but very short shelf life. Often dead on arrival.
