Natoora Radicchio di Chioggia
Product Description
Radicchio, from the chicory family, is one of the quintessentially Italian bitter leaves; this is the one and only radicchio found in supermarkets. Radicchio from Chioggia has a sharp, intense flavour that is pleasantly bitter. It has tender leaves and is popular in salad mixes. It pairs perfectly with smoky, sweet and bold flavours.

excellent
Mine have always been large, fresh and last ages when well wrapped in the bottom of the fridge - up to two weeks.

Not at all fresh
I opened this when the best before was still a week away and it was dried out, with a good few wilted and browning outer leaves.

Not the quality I expected
Although the lettuce was on the small size the most disappointing aspect was that the top of the head of lettuce was already browning and had to be cut away before the lettuce could be used.

Serious sizing issue
When I unpacked my delivery this morning I thought this was a joke and was looking for another one. The size of this radicchio was actually smaller than a tennis ball! Now seriously. Unless I can get a reassurance from Ocado that I'll get a normal size next time I will not be ordering this again.
