This zingy Thai salad is at its best while the steak is still warm.
This dish is similar to two classic Malaysian dishes - prawn sambal and Nasi Lemak. The great thing about both is that they are easy to prepare and cook, and this particular recipe from Gary Rhodes is sure to be a crowd pleaser.
Part cooked in ginger beer then finished off with a sticky honey glaze. The ribs are so tender the meat practically falls off the bone.
