Product Description

Marinda tomatoes are beautifully crunchy and crisp, with a slightly tart flavour. They are prized by chefs for their thick skin and meaty texture. They are small, ribbed and firm and are a variety of heirloom tomato that taste their best when still shot with green. Their unique flavour is developed via the soil where they grow Sardinia and Sicily. Fields are used which lie close to the sea and in turn the tomatoes develop an incredibly full and lightly salty flavour.

Erratic

As it seems with all Natoora products I have purchased these are variable in quality. When they are good they are outstanding, with stunning flavour and texture. When they are not they are straight to the bin. Please Natoora sort out the consistency - same with Avocado, oranges, lemons, etc

hard and tasteless

The tomatoes were hard, greenish and without any noticeable taste, and remained so even several days after the expiry date..

not worth it

tough skins and not very tasty, could be time of yr but also not very many so price is bad even on offer. Wouldn't buy again, made me realise my large plain looking vine toms from Riverford really are amazingly tasty and grown in the uk.
