Product Description
Marinda tomatoes are beautifully crunchy and crisp, with a slightly tart flavour. They are prized by chefs for their thick skin and meaty texture. They are small, ribbed and firm and are a variety of heirloom tomato that taste their best when still shot with green. Their unique flavour is developed via the soil where they grow Sardinia and Sicily. Fields are used which lie close to the sea and in turn the tomatoes develop an incredibly full and lightly salty flavour.

These are firm and keep very well far longer than any others. Very tasty .

hard and tasteless
I was hoping these tomatoes would be perfect for tomato mozzarella salad, but I found them quite hard, sour and tasteless. Not a good value for money

The very best tomatoes
These have been consistently firm and wonderful. Sometimes I shudder when I see Ocado have crammed them against a metallic object but they seem to survive in their skimpy plastic box. We order at least two packs per week as we couldn't manage without them in the pasta etc, highly recommend, thank you Ocado Saves me going 50 miles return to find them in M and S

delicious, sweet, but firm tomatoes
these are definitely worth a try. They are definitely harder than most tomatoes and meant to be eaten that way in a salad. The taste is fantastic, very sweet, and natural.
