Product Description

This salami is very rustic and a great example of Tuscan charcuterie tradition. In Chianti they recommend eating it with fresh figs, however it is excellent on its own or with hard cheeses.

Antica Macelleria Falorni have been making the finest quality charcuterie since the 1700s. They always use local produce and adhere to local Tuscan traditions, meaning authentic production and wonderful flavour.

Too fatty

I really liked the flavour and it was nice and fresh, but it was just too fatty. Believe me, I know my salami's and this one was not really edible as too much fat!

poor quality product

We have had this salami but thought it was over rated for the price but wanted to try it again! It was truly awful. This is was not freshly sliced! The product was stale on off color and smelt bad needless to say it went into the bin! When we checked it only had a 2 day storage life. Very poor a victim of poor stock rotation or the Christmas rush?.

Excellent and tasty

I think a previous reviewer must have got the wrong product as these slices were huge! Very tasty, fatty maybe but hey that's salami for you. It's what makes it tasty!

I tried a few times, although the flavor is good I think it is a little bit fat, and I also find it is fresh...

Changed for the worse

I've been buying this for several weeks and enjoying a delicious salami. It is clearly now a different product, being much smaller in size, and nowhere near as nice as it was.
