Keep refrigerated. Once opened consume within 24 hours.
Suitable for freezing. This soup can be frozen, though it's best eaten fresh. Freeze immediately and use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before heating.

Check soup is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.

Give the carton a really good shake, open it up and heat on high for 3 minutes, then stir. Heat for a further 3 minutes, stand for 1 minute.

Not much bacon in mine
My carton tasted suspiciously like pumpkin soup and there was hardly any meat to be seen. Never again and I really like this range too.

A TRIUMPH
Well balanced and filling. Plenty of lean good sized bacon bits, velvety soup and not overly smoky as I don't like smoked bacon. Really wonderful.

very smokey and tasty
i was after proper smokey taste and this was definitely smokey - enjoyed it so am buying again. there were a few very small bacon pieces in it too - without nasty fatty bits. not sure what butternut squash is supposed to taste like - but i found the soup tasty regardless.

Didn't like this
It didn't taste like butternut squash and the smoked taste is overpowering. We threw it away. Would not buy it again.

This is the nicest soup ever! It doesn't contain lumps of stuff but it is thick and really tasty, great for dipping bread into!
