Prepare & Use
On the hob
the carton a good shake, open it up and pour into a saucepan. Heat gently for 5 minutes, stirring frequently, but don't let it boil
In the microwave
Give the carton a good shake and open in full, then microwave (900W 100%): from the Fridge - 3 minutes, then stir. Cook for a further 2 minutes, stand for 2 minutes. From the Freezer - cook on defrost for 25 minutes, or until fully thawed, stir, then follow "from the Fridge" timings.
Check the soup is piping hot before serving.

Really tasty!
Had this a couple of times. Really nice, strong flavour. Would definitely have again.

Quite a strong flavour
Not what I was expecting at all - quite a strong flavour and very small bits of mushroom. Only 0.6% wild mushrooms despite the name.

I love New Covent Garden Soups and the mushroom soup will not let you down.

Worst mushroom soup ever!
I usually love mushroom soup but this didn't have a great mushroom flavour, left a horrible slimy feeling in my mouth and left a nasty after-taste - very disappointing as I usually like this range of soups but I won't buy this flavour again.

My favourite covent garden soup,the white wine gives it a professional flavour.Im hoping they will bring out an organic range!
