Storage
Keep in a cool dark place.
Prepare & Use
To Steam: Scrub and rinse the potatoes well to remove any soil. Place in a steamer above a pan of boiling water. Cover with a lid and steam for 15-20 minutes. Serve with a knob of butter.
To Boil: Scrub and rinse the potatoes well to remove any soil and place in a pan with just enough water to cover, add salt if desired and bring to the boil.
Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until tender.

Adequate for a staple
Like any fresh produce, these can vary throughout the year. On balance and on average, though, they are a perfectly adequate staple, at a reasonable price.

Very disappointed
Completely tasteless, regardless of what I did to them roast, boil, mash.... Although the skins had a slight washing up liquid flavour! I wont be buying them again.

Disappointing
We gave these potatoes a try and found them very disappointing. They were completely devoid of flavour, and remained hard even if boiled to near destruction. All in all, simply horrid!
