- Apply before sun exposure enough to give a visible layer before rubbing in, let it dry, then repeat to ensure adequate coverage and no missed areas.
- Reapply frequently especially after swimming and towelling.
- Do not spray into the face.
- Shake well before use!
- When applied correctly this bottle contains 6 full body applications for an average adult.
- Avoid intensive midday sun and extensive sun exposure.
- Keep babies and young children out of direct sunlight.
- Wear protective clothing and use sufficient sunscreen for unprotected areas.

Not worth 1 star as NO GOOD for sensitive skin
I purchased this product for my eczema-suffering children. Caused patchy rash over faces and flare up of eczema. Stopped using it and effects died down. Tried it once again, same result. Discussed with 2 other mums, v similar problems. Don't risk it.
