Doesnt do what it says
I have to wear waterproof mascara and sadly this product doesnt remove any of it whatsoever.

Best Eye Make-Up Remover for Sensitive Eyes
I have tried some very expensive eye make-up removers but this one is the best I have ever tried. It does not sting or leave a greasy film and does the best job ever of removing any type of mascara. You do not wake up looking like a panda in the morning.

Great value eye make up remover
This is a great water based eye make up remover at a very affordable price. It does what it says and removes eye make-up effortlessly. Provided make up doesn't get into the eye, which with proper cleansing it shouldn't, the eyes dont sting. It is also ideal on sensitive skin as it is both light and refreshing. Heavy duty mascara may require a couple of cleansing applications. Fortunately, unlike with many designer branded removers, you can afford to be generous with this one. It is also an excellent oil free remover for those who wear eyelash extensions. Pop it in the fridge and you have a good eye pick up as well. Soak two pads of cotton wool with the cool tonic and rest over closed eyes for a few moments.
