Storage
Keep refrigerated below 4ºC. Once opened, consume within 1 day.
Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
Prepare & Use
Cooking Instructions:
Remove all packaging. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw poultry.
Keep raw poultry separate from cooked foods.
Oven:
Electric 200ºC.
Gas Mark 6.
Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven for 25-30 mins.
Ensure the product is hot before serving and that the chicken is thoroughly cooked by inserting a skewer. All chicken products should be cooked thoroughly until there is no pink meat and the juices run clear.

good sized, tasty fillets
I don't understand the bad reviews of these. I have always had very decent sized fillets and always very fresh/not tough or sinewy-perhaps it is how people are cooking them?! Good value for free range-much better then the cheap chicken which is so pumped full of water it tastes of nothing

perfect every time
These are succulent chicken breasts, very lean and cook well on a griddle pan - short high heat with a bit oil and of course seasoning... - they've never beentough and never a load of sinewy crap like other brands. They freeze well too. I'm v.happy to have found free range at this price. And no disrespect but but who cooks lean chicken breast in a stew for over an hour and expects it to not be boiled to bits!? You need either skin on and oiled up breasts, or nice fatty thighs for casserole or try beef!)

Small and full of ligaments
Always small and horribly butchered. Need 2 packs to feed 2 people - and I always have to spend ages cutting out bits of bone, ligament and blood. Not buying again! A false economy.

It's what real chicken tastes like!
Hey, come on folks. The whole point of free range chicken is that it is stronger tasting and firmer textured than factory farmed chicken. Get your palate educated to the good stuff, then try dropping back to the rubbishl and see how well you like it. You won't. This is very good genuine chicken meat.
