good quality, good shelf life
Bought on 24th, best before 29th, pretty decent. Fish was tasty, didn't fall apart during cooking, and no bad smell. Good sized portions too.

Great tasting fish, no bones, grilled quickly and easily. Absolutely delicious. Will buy again.

OK but?
This fish tasted fine but I have to say that it had a really strong smell even before the packaging was opened. I had to thoroughly clean the fridge, but it tasted fine and it seemed fresh enough and family enjoyed it. It could have been just the batch I received.

Great value
Bought 2 packs for a dinner party for 8. Slit the flesh diagonally and rubbed in lots of fresh rosemary. Season. Sear in pan on skin side and put in hot oven for 5 mins. Serve with lemon. Delicious and easy. Guests were impressed too.

Beautiful fish
This arrived in a vacuum pack so no smell in the fridge.The quality was excellent and seemed very fresh. I cooked in foil with lemon juice and seasoning and it was absolutely gorgeous. I have placed another order! There we 4 sizeable fillets so enough for 2 people.
