Prepare & Use
Cooking Instructions:
Remove all packaging.
Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. Appliances vary.
Shallow Fry:
Heat a little oil on a high heat in a heavy based frying pan or wok and fry for 6-8 minutes.
Ensure meat is cooked thoroughly before serving and the juices run clear.

TOUGH, POOR FLAVOUR
Maybe for stewing, certainly not for stirfry or stronganoff.

Awfully tough. Spoiled the whole meal. I would recommend avoiding this.

Damaged my teeth
This meat is so tough I have hurt my teeth from chewing it and my jaw aches..... Definitely not a good product. Next time I will be buying some steaks to cut into strips. Waitrose fillet steak strips that Ocado used to sell were fantastic and bought those week after week for stiry fries. So disappointed you have changed it to this......

Very good
I have bought this five or six times and on each occasion the quality has been very good, with no fat or gristle. It only needs two or three minutes to stir fry,so if your veg/noodles take longer than that stir fry them first and add the beef when they have two mins left.

I literally cook this for 1 1/2 mins max and throw in a stir fry. Fat adds flavour and without it, like with this meat, its a bit bland. Good, lean protein if you're looking for a speedy meal which is low in saturated fat.
