Prepare & Use
Remove all packaging before cooking.
Grill from Chilled:
Place under a pre heated medium grill for 4-6 minutes turning once.
Shallow Fry from Chilled:
Pre heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry over a medium-high heat for 4-6 minutes.

Went off before expiry date in unopened packet!
Bought two packs on an offer - agree that the slices are thinner than usual rashers but the taste is very good. However the second pack was left in the fridge for a few days but was already off when I opened it 5 days before the use by date!!! Would like to buy again but have been put off now as that was one pack straight in the bin.

Disappointingly thin slices
Although it was very lean and quite tasty, the bacon was very thin. OK if you roll them and use them in a sandwich/bun but they felt a bit mean on the plate. Sorry, it looks like everyone else loves them so maybe I got a duff pack.

Just plain ol', unadulterated bacon without any extra fat. Such good value for money without any wastage.

The perfect low fat bacon
With only 3.8% fat, this is a great alternative for slimmers. Although not quite as lean as some turkey rashers, this is still bacon, but with a fraction of the normal fat content.

Great when it's not fatty
Used to be a great buy if you like your bacon without fat. Sadly recently it's becoming more and more threaded with fat. Definitely a time when you'd like to be able to choose which pack to buy or ask the picker to choose the less fatty pack.
