Ocado bacon is produced in the UK from British pigs that have been raised to UK welfare standards. These products all carry the Red tractor logo. Our bacon producer has over 50 years expertise in producing good quality bacon.

Prepare & Use
Remove all packaging before cooking.
Grill from Chilled:
Place under a pre heated medium grill for 4-6 minutes turning once.
Shallow Fry from Chilled:
Pre heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry over a medium-high heat for 4-6 minutes.

Disappointed
Medallions are normally the lean bit of the bacon but these seemed to be cut oddly and therefore had fat running through the middle

Really good bacon!
This bacon is very tasty indeed. It is ideal if you are watching your fat/calorie intake. I cook it in a frying pan with spray oil and it is consistently good quality.

Like eating shoe leather
Sorry Ocado, your own products are generally good on the whole, but these are not. We have persevered for about 3 weeks, ordering these medallions in the hope that we might get a pack we can eat! Unfortunately not. These are dry, tasteless, and uneatable. It is like trying to chew through shoe leather. The worst bacon we have ever eaten.
