This Ocado beef is sourced directly from Farm Assured farms in the South West of England, reared to high standards of animal welfare, husbandry and with good environmental practices.
This is an Ocado product. Like everything in our range, it's good quality, sensibly priced and, of course, responsibly sourced.

Storage
Keep refrigerated below 5ºC.
Once opened, consume within 1 day.
Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
Prepare & Use
Cooking Instructions:
Remove all packaging. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
Grill:
Rare: 4-6 minutes.
Medium: 8-10 minutes.
Well Done: 10-12 minutes.
Place on a grill pan under a medium grill, turn during cooking.
Ensure surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked
