Ocado British Beef Braising Steak
Ocado works closely with a family owned producer & processor that has been supplying high quality British meat for more than 75 years.
This Ocado beef is sourced directly from Farm Assured farms in the South West of England, reared to high standards of animal welfare, husbandry and with good environmental practices.
This is an Ocado product. Like everything in our range, it’s good quality, sensibly priced and, of course, responsibly sourced.

Storage
Keep refrigerated below 5ºC. Once opened, consume within 1 day.
Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
Prepare & Use
Cooking Instructions:
Remove all packaging. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
Casserole:
Electric 170ºC.
Gas Mark 3.
Preheat oven. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add meat and cook for 4-5 mins until browned. Add a selection of root vegetables and 200ml stock, bring to the boil. Transfer to an ovenproof dish, cover and place in oven for 2-2½ hours until thoroughly cooked.
