Ocado British Beef Mince
Ocado works closely with a family owned producer & processor that has been supplying high quality British meat for more than 75 years.
This Ocado beef is sourced directly from Farm Assured farms in the South West of England, reared to high standards of animal welfare, husbandry and with good environmental practices.
This is an Ocado product. Like everything in our range, it’s good quality, sensibly priced and, of course, responsibly sourced.

Storage
Keep refrigerated below 5ºC.
Once opened, consume within 1 day.
Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
Prepare & Use
Cooking Instructions:
Remove all packaging. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
Hob:
Heat 1tbsp oil in a saucepan. Add mince and cook on high heat to seal the meat until browned. Add further ingredients/liquid of choices and simmer gently until meat is tender. Cook until there is no pink meat and the juices run clear.
