Ocado bacon is produced in the UK from British pigs that have been raised to UK welfare standards. These products all carry the Red tractor logo. Our bacon producer has over 50 years expertise in producing good quality bacon.
This is an Ocado product. Like everything in our range, it's good quality, sensibly priced and, of course, responsibly sourced.

Storage
Keep refrigerated below 5ºC. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
Suitable for freezing. Freeze on or before Use By date and use within 1 month.
Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Once defrosted, do not re-freeze.
Prepare & Use
Cooking Instructions:
Remove all packaging. Appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
Grill:
Grill for 4 - 6 minutes under a medium heat.
Shallow Fry:
Shallow fry for 4 - 6 minutes on a medium - high heat with a little oil.
Check food is piping hot before serving.

Very impressed
Tasty, thin, leaner than normal streaky, didn't have lots of water come off it when it cooked either - yum!

Lovely and Lean
Nice lean cut of bacon. Extremely tasty also. I will definitely buy this again. This beats spitting/cutting out a lot of fat.

Nice bacon
Very thin cut, very , very wet cure but, cooked slowly and patiently - after a quick high temperature sizzle to drive off the water - it is very tasty and crisp and cooks consistently well, unlike some other more expensive brands which are sometimes brilliant and sometimes rubbish.
