Our poultry supplier works with 550 poultry farmers across Northen Ireland and England.
Chicken is one of the richest sources of protein and also many important vitamins and minerals. It is low in fat and low in cholesterol – specifically on skinless breast. In fact, chicken is lower in fat than most other meats and over half of the fat is unsaturated fat, the type that helps lower cholesterol.

Storage
Keep refrigerated below 4ºC. Once opened, consume within 1 day.
Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
Prepare & Use
Cooking Instructions:
Remove all packaging. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw poultry.
Keep raw poultry separate from cooked foods.
Oven Cook:
Electric 190ºC.
Gas Mark 5.
Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven for 25 mins.
Pan Fry:
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Cook over a medium heat for 7-10 minutes until thoroughly cooked, turning occasionally.
Ensure the product is hot before serving and that the chicken is thoroughly cooked by inserting a skewer. If the juices run clear, it is cooked, but if they are still pink, it needs longer cooking

Better than expected
I switched to these because the Waitrose version that I have been buying for many years seemed to shoot up in price recently. I wasn't sure what to expect because of the mixed reviews but I couldn't fault the packet that we had. Evenly sized, lean with no blood/liquid in the packs. I will buy again!

Lovely chicken
Bought several times and really pleased with them. They are very handy as they are individually wrapped and can be taken out in easy portions. Only thing letting them down is they occasionally have a bit of bone in and you sometimes have to trim skin fat off, otherwise just as good if not better than M&S

Good Quality and convenient.
The packaging is really handy as we can defrost these as and when we need them so there is no waste. The breasts are well sized, good quality, and reasonably priced.

Nice pieces of breast
I liked the size of breasts - they were not too small like some other value packs. Chicken looked and tasted fresh.

Good quality chicken.
Can't fault this meat. Individually wrapped so good for the single person. Meat didn't shrink when cooked, showing it's not been filled with water to increase size, and a great taste. A permanent addition to my shopping list.
