NOT a replacement for the waitrose salsa
Normally order Waitrose salsa, which is sweet and delicious. I got given this as a replacement, and it is just not good enough! It is bitter and spicy yuck yuck yuck!

Very piquante
The grownups liked this salsa, it was nice texture and flavour. The kids said it was far too spicy for them. Something to bear in mind if you are sharing a tub.

Chicken Fajitas
This classic Tex Mex favourite goes down well for a family supper, you can adjust the seasoning depending on how hot and spicy you like it. Younger children can help by cleaning and breaking up the mushrooms into pieces instead of slicing them and using small, round bladed scissors to chop up the pepper instead of using a knife. Encouraging children to squeeze the limes and measure out the seasoning works well too. Older children and teenagers can learn about raw meat; how it feels, and why you need to wash your hands and utensils thoroughly after touching it, by skinning and slicing the chicken breasts.
