Ocado chicken is carefully selected by its British farmers who rear the chickens in rural locations in the British Isles.
Ocado chicken is succulent, juicy and rich in flavour. This is a result of the enriched diet that the birds are fed, as well as their living conditions.

Our poultry supplier works with 550 poultry farmers across Northern Ireland and England.
Chicken is one of the richest sources of protein and also many important vitamins and minerals. It is low in fat and low in cholesterol – specifically on skinless breast. In fact, chicken is lower in fat than most other meats and over half of the fat is unsaturated fat, the type that helps lower cholesterol.

Storage
Keep refrigerated below 4ºC. Once opened, consume within 1 day.
Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
Prepare & Use
Cooking Instructions:
Remove all packaging. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw poultry.
Keep raw poultry separate from cooked foods.
Pan Fry:
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Cook over a medium heat for 11-13 mins until thoroughly cooked, turning occasionally.
Ensure the product is hot before serving and that the chicken is thoroughly cooked by inserting a skewer. All chicken products should be cooked thoroughly until there is no pink meat and the juices run clear

Inconsistent - avoid
Inconsistent product. Can be excellent, but like others I have had to throw out smelly meat before the use by date more than once. Recent the Use By date has become much shorter eg delivered Friday evening for Use By Sunday... Not good enough for an online delivery service. Avoid

Very Good
The chunks are big so had to make smalller for the dish I was making but nothing wrong with the taste or quality no nasty bits. Will definitely buy again. Going by some of the other comments it appears to be the luck of the draw but the quality should be consistent.

Good product
Had this for the first time last week, I was slightly put off by some of the other review but gave it a go anyway. Glad I did very good chicken, cut in to good size chunks & a great price

Horrible
Pieces were torn, not cut, full of white bits... ended up discarding most. Hugely overpriced for what it is.
