Nice to see the price come down to £3 a litre. Good quality olive oil at a fantastic price.

Steep price increase!

I used to buy this regularly as it was a great size bottle - we go through loads of the stuff! - at a very decent prize. Now it's gone up so much in prize that it's not worth it anymore. It's exactly the same price per litre as the Waitrose one, and as that comes in a dark glass bottle - well, I'll go for that one. Shame Ocado, as I do like your own brand products!

Excellent quality and value

God quality and value product, good both for cooking and straight from the bottle for dressings and pasta dishes.

Good for cooking, but no longer cheap

I've been buying this for cooking as it was the same price as the blended olive oil I was using previously. But I came to write this review and have noticed they have just whacked the price up. I paid 375p for my last bottle a few days ago, the same price as the blended oil, it is now 450p. I don't think this is good enough for drizzling or dressings, so it looks like it will be back to the cheaper blended oil for cooking now.

Tagliatelle with Duck video

Simon’s rich and hearty Duck Tagliatelle is a delicious alternative to traditional beef or pork ragù sauces. Simon uses tinned confit duck, which is easy to prepare but adds a meaty richness to the finished sauce. This would make a perfect dinner party dish served with fresh egg pasta.
