Storage
Keep refrigerated below 5ºC. Once opened, use within one day.
Ingredients in this product have been previously frozen and defrosted under controlled conditions and are therefore suitable for home freezing.
Freeze on day of purchase. Use within one month.
Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
Prepare & Use
Preparation:
Remove all packaging. Place fish pie mix in a pan, add sauce of your choice and bring to the boil. Simmer gently for 15-18 minutes until thoroughly cooked. Appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Ensure product is piping hot before serving. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw fish. Keep raw fish separate from cooked foods

full of bones
Sadly, although the fish was of good quality, by the time I removed all the bones I kept finding I realised it would actually be easier to simply buy some fish and prepare it myself.

IN THE BIN!
I was terribly disappointed to find this fish had gone bad when it was still in date... worse still I had already started to prepare the meal so I had to bin all my other ingredients as well! Not happy with this at all and won't be buying it again

Great! So glad Waitrose sell this
I love this, it makes cooking a fish pie SO easy. My family love it - I buy 2 packs as they are usually on offer and put them both in each time as they fight over the leftovers! Great to see the kids eating a healthy, well balanced meal.

It arrived bad
Sorry but i have to say this, having had and enjoyed the product quite a few times, the last one ... well when I opened it was off, you have smelt off fish ... this was way way gone. The only thing i could do with it was freeze it until Bin day. I must say, I have been promised a refund not seen yet but that one experience and that stench would make me not buy it again

Off!
we have bought this many times and been happy . however the last two packs were off and had to be binned. We were in the middle of cooking and had to do a quick dash up to the local supermarket to replace.
