- Cut the cheeks from both fruit sides (try not to hit the stone).
- Score each cheek with the knife vertically and horizontally.
- Then turn the cheek inside out and cut the flesh from the skin.
For the best eating quality serve at room temperature.

Fibrous and chewy
Not sure if these are forced grown to be bigger but the taste is not sweet and juicy and would not buy again - disappointed.

Inedible
These arrived hard as rock. After a week I tried one and it was still hard and absolutely tasteless. I had to throw it sway. The other one has been on my sunny windowsill for 15 days and is still not ripe! Very disappointed.

Not enjoyable at all
These are hard and flavourless. There is a rubbery texture to the flesh that isn' pleasant. The 'large' mango that is on for the same price is nearly as large as this one and far more enjoyable.

hit 'n' miss
As others have noted, sometimes it comes rock-hard and never properly ripens, sometimes it's overripe, and occasionally it's just fine. Conclusion - mango is better bought analogue-style.

bruised inside and fibrous
Very fibrous and very bruised flesh right through to the core. Normally these were very nice, but recently the quality has declined so have decided to buy elsewhere now.
