great quality product for good value!!!

way too salty!

Just recently this has tasted bad. Really, really bad. Way too salty and not at all feta like. Avoid.

Rating: 2 star out of 5

Suddenly gone bad

We've been buying this feta cheese for the past few months and it has been OK, although not as nice and tasty as other brands. However, in our last couple of purchases it seems that there have been some issues with the quality and freshness of the product. It tasted quite stale and flat - it reminded me so much of the cheap "feta" alternatives made of cow's milk that have not undergone the minimum ageing process that, by definition, feta cheese needs to undergo. In fact, the contrast was so stark that I had to return the unused products to the driver of the following delivery. We hope this quality and supply-chain problem gets sorted out soon as it was an OK feta cheese, hence the 2 stars - it would have been 1 star otherwise

yuck!

Did not like, no where near as nice as other brands.

Great cheese (pun not intended)

Really nice, tasty feta. It has quite a strong 'goaty' flavour which might not be to everyone's taste. Very creamy and not super crumbly like some others. Highly recommended.

If you would rather not use ready-made marmalade or have some onions which need using, slowly cook several thinly sliced onions in some Bertolli spread, a touch of caster sugar and balsamic vinegar over a low heat until golden (around 40 minutes). Season to taste with more sugar and vinegar, season and then leave to cool before using.
