Very impressed...
I wondered whether this would be a typical farmed salmon flabby, tasteless, etc. However, it was extremely good indeed. The flavour was substantial and it had a good texture - soft, but certainly not flabby. Poached under foil with some other different fish, fennel, lemon and butter and chard, it yielded a decent meal for 5 of us. If the quality and flavour stays this high I would certainly buy it regularly.

Great salmon deal
This is excellent value...buy it if you can and you won't be disappointed. Excelled wrapped in pastry or just poached. I'll be buying it again in my next order.
